Halo Whips Return and Refund Policy:

• Customers have 30 days to return the item. The item should be in good condition with no damage and no indication of being used. Halo Whips will only acknowledge returns with the original receipt. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the items back to the seller.
• Please State the Reason for return (e.g. wrong item, item not working, damaged during transportation).
• Allow 7-10 business days (after receiving the returned item) for refunds to be issued back to the customers.
